Amrize is a unified digital platform created by Holcim to bring clarity and consistency to a fragmented North American construction market. The challenge was translating a bold new brand into a scalable digital experience that could support complex content, diverse user needs, and long-term growth.

Working within a fast-paced 12-week timeline, I led a system-driven design approach, developing more than 40 flexible components and applying them across over 300 pages. The work focused on balancing complexity with clarity while ensuring consistent, intuitive experiences across web and mobile.

I defined interaction patterns, responsive behaviors, and a modular layout system built to scale and evolve over time. The platform was implemented on Adobe Experience Manager and tested for performance, accessibility, usability, and SEO.

The result is a future-ready digital experience that positions Amrize as a cohesive, modern destination for customers, investors, engineers, and talent.
